Allways was founded by Bill Sullivan in the mid-1980's as a trucking company, moving goods
to Switzerland and Turkey amongst others. They then directed their attention to the opening Russian market.
The forwarding side of the business was developed initially to service a gap in the market, that of supplying a range of freight services
into the regions of the formally communist controlled areas of Central and Eastern Europe. Allways International (Freight) Forwarding Ltd,
formed in 1998, has been continually developing and expanding these services and their expertise has increased many times over.
These days their operations are global and they are as strong in air freight, ocean freight and cross trade as in the core business of road freight.
They have access to Croatian speakers and have opened a new office in Poland.
Recently they have appointed new agents in Turkey and Chile.
Outside of Europe they have well established agents appointed in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam and USA. Allways International Freight also has contacts in most countries of the world to assist with their cross trade traffic.
Today, Allways International Freight, is an established freight forwarder: confident, fast to respond and innovative with highly experienced staff, backed by a strong logistic network - a winning combination.
Staff
All successful businesses are built on their staff, which is certainly true with Allways International Freight. The staff have vast experience in their specialist markets of Central & Eastern Europe. During 2004 Allways International Freight employed its first trainees, who have been and are being rigorously trained in all aspects of the business.They have access to Croatian speakers and have opened a new office in Poland.
Customer first
The last 3 years has seen an annual year on year growth of about 30%, but Allways International Freight does not wish to grow at the expense of its service to you. Customer service is paramount. To this end they have an ongoing programme of carefully selecting new agents and establishing them as their customer base demands.Recently they have appointed new agents in Turkey and Chile.
